NEIGHBORS HELPING NEIGHBORS
The Emergency Management Committee is seeking "Neighbors Helping Neighbors" leaders from each section of the community. The leaders will be trained to assist in emergency situations by knowing which neighbors need assistance due to health issues or disabilities and being the point of contact for your section. We have one person signed up for each section to date but are looking for approximately 4 - 5 leaders per section. If interested, please contact the office. You will be the point of contact for your group in the case of an emergency.
There is now a Drop Box available for those who cannot make it during business hours. Although the box is located in camera view this box is not to be used for cash payments.
SEPOA will not be responsible for any CASH left in the drop box.

THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR INTERFERING WITH SECURITY PERSONNEL.
Stillwater Estates offers a relaxing lake community with quick and easy access to the major highways for daily commuting. Stillwater Estates is a private lake community which consists of a lake, beach, tennis courts, basketball court and clubhouse. Located in the heart of the Poconos, Stillwater Estates is close to many amenities for year round enjoyment.
Stillwater Estates Property Owners Association (SEPOA) is located at the intersection of Routes 940 and 380 in Pocono Summit. SEPOA is located mainly on the western side of Route 380 with some properties on the eastern side. SEPOA is not to be confused with Stillwater Lake Civic Association, which is located on the east side of Route 380.
VEHICLE STICKERS / AMENITY BADGES
Members: Please have your vehicle registration available for each vehicle sticker requested. You may obtain a sticker for frequent visitors by filling out the "Vehicle Decal Authorization Form" and a fee of $10 per decal. The form can be found on "Forms" tab of this website.
If you are unable to obtain stickers a day pass must be issued upon entering the community.
NOTICE TO LANDLORDS:
Annual Rental Unit Registrations must be received by the office on or before January 31st.
If an owner fails to register their home as a rental unit a penalty will be issued.
The forms are available on the Forms tab of this website or by request via email, fax or pickup and must be utilized immediately.

Due to extensive community transmission of COVID -19 in the area, CDC urges residents of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut to refrain from non-essential domestic travel for 14 days effective immediately. Short-term rentals have been prohibited by the SEPOA Board of Directors as of 3/20/20. Once the Stay At Home Order has been lifted the Board will revisit the matter.
This Domestic Travel Advisory does not apply to employees of critical infrastructure industries, including but not limited to trucking, public health professionals, financial services, and food supply. These employees of critical infrastructure, as defined by the Department of Homeland Security, have a special responsibility to maintain normal work schedule. The Governors of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut will have full discretion to implement this Domestic Travel Advisory.
