Stillwater Estates offers a relaxing lake community with quick and easy access to the major highways for daily commuting. Stillwater Estates is a private lake community which consists of a lake, beach, tennis courts, basketball court and a clubhouse. Located in the heart of the Poconos, Stillwater Estates is close to many amenities for year round enjoyment.

Stillwater Estates Property Owners Association (SEPOA) is located at the intersection of Routes 940 and 380 in Pocono Summit. SEPOA is located mainly on the western side of Route 380 with some properties on the eastern side. Stillwater Estates Property Owners Association is not to be confused with Stillwater Lake Civic Association which is located entirely on the eastern side of Route 380.

HEAVY VEHICLE BAN

The roads will be closed to heavy vehicles from 3/17/14 through approx. 4/26/14
(with the exception of propane delivery trucks)

IF YOU HAVE LOST ANYTING IN THE COMMUNITY WITHIN THE PAST 12 MONTHS. 
CALL OFFICE TO SEE IF IT'S IN OUR LOST AND FOUND. 

LOST BOAT:  BOAT TAKEN FROM WATER LAST SPRING WITH NAME 'MONACO'.  IF SEEN PLEASE CONTACT THE SEPOA OFFICE. 


ATTENTION OWNERS THAT RENT


Property owners must notify the Association office prior to the rental of their home.  Failure to notify The Association will result in a $200 fine.  The "Rental Registration Form" can be found on the 'Forms' page of this website.

OUR ANNUAL MEETING WILL BE HELD ON JUNE 7, 2014.  CHECK-IN WILL BEGIN AT 9:15 AM FOR MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING.  WE WILL BE VOTING ON AN IMPORTANT BY-LAW AMENDMENT THEREFORE, YOUR VOICES NEED TO BE HEARD.  DON'T MISS OUT ON THE DECISION-MAKING FOR YOUR COMMUNITY.

SEPOA BOARD MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO RESIDENTS IN GOOD STANDING AND ARE HELD ON THE FIRST SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH AT 10:00 IN THE COMMUNITY BUILDING, UNLESS OTHERWISE POSTED.

SEPOA Badges are available at the association office to members in good standing.  Current badges must be worn or carried on the person at all times in recreational areas of Stillwater Estates.
