NEIGHBORS HELPING NEIGHBORS
The Emergency Management Committee is seeking "Neighbors Helping Neighbors" leaders from each section of the community. The leaders will be trained to assist in emergency situations by knowing which neighbors need assistance due to health issues or disabilities and being the point of contact for your section. We have one person signed up for each section to date but are looking for approximately 4 - 5 leaders per section. If interested, please contact the office. You will be the point of contact for your group in the case of an emergency.
VEHICLE STICKERS / AMENITY BADGES
The 2017 vehicle stickers are valid until June 30, 2018.
Members: Please have your vehicle registration available for each vehicle sticker requested. You may obtain a sticker for frequent visitors by filling out the "Vehicle Decal Authorization Form" and a fee of $10 per decal. Form can be found on "Forms" tab of this website.
If you are unable to obtain stickers a day pass must be issued upon entering the community.

* Fishing is Catch and Release Only
* Renters must be registered with office
* No ATV's or Dirt Bikes in the Community
* No Hunting / Discharge of Firearm
* Badges must be worn or readily available when utilizing the amenities
There is now a Drop Box available for those who cannot make it during office hours. Although the box is located in camera view this box is not to be used for cash payments.
SEPOA will not be responsible for any CASH left in the drop box.
COMMUNITY ROAD BAN IN EFFECT
The Road Ban has been placed in effect as of Monday, February 19, 2018 and will be in place for approximately 4 weeks. There are restrictions placed on trucks exceeding 10,000 GWVR and restrictions on heavy construction equipment. If you have any questions please contact the office or the security booth.
Stillwater Estates offers a relaxing lake community with quick and easy access to the major highways for daily commuting. Stillwater Estates is a private lake community which consists of a lake, beach, tennis courts, basketball court and clubhouse. Located in the heart of the Poconos, Stillwater Estates is close to many amenities for year round enjoyment.
Stillwater Estates Property Owners Association (SEPOA) is located at the intersection of Routes 940 and 380 in Pocono Summit. SEPOA is located mainly on the western side of Route 380 with some properties on the eastern side. SEPOA is not to be confused with Stillwater Lake Civic Association, which is located on the east side of Route 380.
NOTICE TO LANDLORDS:
A new policy for rental homes has been approved by the Board of Directors and has taken effect on January 1, 2018.
Owners must apply for a Permit to utilize their unit as a rental along with utilizing the new Rental Registration Forms.
Forms will be provided to the owners of rental units. The Permit must be returned to the office by March 1, 2018.
The forms will be available on the Forms tab of this website or by request via email, fax or pickup and must be utilized immediately.

PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE PRIOR TO PURCHASING AN EMPTY LOT IN OUR COMMUNITY. SOME LOTS HAVE BEEN PURCHASED VIA THE INTERNET, SIGHT UNSEEN, AND THE LOT IS NOT BUILDABLE. SOME OF OUR LOTS DO NOT PERC. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ANNUAL ASSESSMENT ON THAT LOT.
