New members must register with the Association office and complete a Membership Information Form.
Owners must be in good standing to rent out their home property. You must file an annual permit to be utilize your home as a rental unit.
If you use an agent to book your property rentals please fill out the following form. If we do not have this registration on file we cannot speak with anyone other than the homeowner.
The deadline for 2018 Rental Registration Permit will be extended to March 1, 2018 due to the new process.
Please complete the Rental Registration Forms per Rental:

Failure to register a tenant at least one week prior will lead to a $350 Fine.
Emergency Evacuation Information
If you or anyone in your household would require special or medical needs during an emergency or a local evacuation it is very important that you fill out the emergency evacuation form below and provide it to the office. We have compiled a list that will be kept with the manager but available to security and local authorities only in the case of an emergency event. Please complete the Emergency Evacuation Form.
Credit Card Authorization Form
You now have the ability to have regular or one-time payments taken from your credit card. There is a 3% fee for all credit card transactions. Please fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form and return it to the office via email.
Vehicle Decal Authorization Form
This form is to be utilized for persons that visit often but their vehicle registration has a different address.
Tree Removal Permit
You must have a permit issued by SEPOA Tree Committee prior to cutting any trees. Please fill out the Tree Removal Permit and return it to the office.
Site Plan Permit
You must fill out a permit application for the following:
$500 per new home
$250 per addition or garage
$50 per deck, shed, dock or auxiliary building
$25 per fence
Anonymous Tip Form
Anonymous tip form may be used if you see something that you think security or management should know about but would like to remain anonymous.
